FoodPic provides a curated library of professional food photography and visual assets through a subscription or credit-based model. We do not guarantee specific revenue, profit, or ROI outcomes — your business results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

2. User Responsibilities

By using FoodPic, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the website and downloaded assets only for lawful purposes in accordance with your plan's license terms

3. Payments and Subscriptions

• All fees are explicitly disclosed before any service is initialised
• Payments must be made in advance for image credits or subscription validity
• Pricing is subject to change with prior notice provided to registered users

4. Intellectual Property

All website UI, core branding, methodologies, and underlying code are the intellectual property of FoodPic and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission. The visual assets you successfully purchase or download via valid credits are licensed to you as per the agreed usage terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

FoodPic shall not be liable for:

• Downtime of any third-party integration or payment services
• Loss of business due to market conditions or the use of our imagery
• Indirect or consequential damages derived from the platform

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access if false information is knowingly provided, payment obligations are circumvented, or any of these terms are deliberately violated.
