Return Policy

Transparency is our priority. Here's what you need to know about returns and refunds.

At FoodPic, we provide digital food photography assets and technology services for restaurants and food businesses. Since our products are digital and delivered immediately upon download or access, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Digital Asset Downloads

Because digital images cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, all individual asset downloads are considered final once the high-resolution file has been accessed or downloaded from our portal.

2. Subscription Refunds

FoodPic offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Our refund policy for these is as follows:

a. Accidental Renewals

If you were charged for a renewal that you intended to cancel, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the charge, provided that no credits or assets have been used or downloaded during that billing cycle.

b. Dissatisfaction

If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us within the first 7 days of your first subscription. We will review your case and may offer a partial or full refund based on usage.

3. Duplicate Payments

If you have been charged twice for the same service due to a technical error on our end, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction within 5–7 business days of verification.

4. Fraud Handling

If you believe your account or payment method was used without authorisation for a FoodPic purchase, please contact your bank immediately and also alert our support team so we can suspend the account and assist in the investigation.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your plan benefits until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for remaining days of a cancelled cycle.
