Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted before any digital credits have been utilised.
• Once you have downloaded premium images or accessed gated content using your credits, cancellation for that particular billing cycle is not permitted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if:

• Payment was made but absolutely no credits have been utilised.
• The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
• There has been a documented technical failure on our end that prevented you from accessing the service correctly.

Refunds are NOT applicable if:

• Services have already commenced or assets have been successfully downloaded.
• You changed your mind after utilising the platform.
• A delay or issue was caused by incomplete inputs or connectivity problems from your end.
